Return & Exchange Policy
While we hope that you fall in love with your Truckloco purchase, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, due to sizing, style, or quality, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that the item must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition, with the tags / tickets still attached in order for your refund to be granted.
To return your item, first email us at returns@trucklocohats.com to submit your return request. We will follow up shortly with a shipping label, which you should attach to the original packaging before shipping it back to us.
